Digital Marketing Lead

Innominds is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who will be responsible for managing and executing the Digital Marketing Strategy for the company. We are looking for an expert who can ensure proper measurement, tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing performance related to the website as well as manage SEO, Conversion Optimization, Running Experiments, Paid campaigns, and social media.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall measurement and reporting of all marketing performance
  • Will own and execute the digital marketing calendar on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Accountable for increasing prospect conversions from landing pages and lead generation
  • Testing and Optimization of Campaigns and Assets for improving performance
  • Manage overall organic and SEO activities and own the outcomes from it
  • Set-up, Manage and Optimize web analytic tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush
  • Account-based Marketing (ABM) reporting and optimization
  • Manage SEM and paid activities leveraging Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Manage Retargeting and Display ad campaigns
  • Manage the lead acquisition strategy from organic and paid channels

 

Main Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  2. 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
  3. Proven expertise in increasing traffic and leads mainly through Top of the Funnel Marketing
  4. Experience with best practices around SEO, SEM, Conversion Optimization and Social Media
  5. Excellent reporting and measurement for campaigns
  6. Familiar with top marketing channels, platforms and SEO tools. HubSpot expertise is a big plus.
  7. Strongly data driven with good analytical skills
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  9. Ability to work on tight deadlines and self-driven
