"Train Book" was published in 1914 by The Saalfield Publishing Co. in Akron, OH and New York. It was printed in the U.S.A. This book is 109 years old and is in excellent condition. This Platinum Aged children's book features Saalfield's "Muslin Books 'Ever Wear-Never Tear" original logo. It is made from muslin cloth with a stitched spine.
No tears. There are some stain spot on the book. Please see the picutures. They could be most likely be removed but due to the age of this book, I will leave this to someone more experienced. The color is a bit faded but still legible. Stitching is intact. Some very minor wear to edges and a small fold on front cover from being pressed in a book. Please see ALL photos to see what I am referring to.
