Overview:

Innominds is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to drive sales within the Life Sciences industry, focusing on pharmaceutical customers. This role involves growing a profitable pipeline through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. Reporting directly to the Global Sales Head and working closely with the Life Sciences Practice Leader, you will lead the sales function within this industry segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Maximize sales effectiveness to meet new and existing business sales goals.
  • Lead Sales and SME Teams: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Drive Complex Sales Efforts: Identify, qualify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop Value Propositions: Craft Innominds’ differentiated value story and strategic win themes for proposals.
  • Foster Partnerships: Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipelines.
  • Strategic Planning: Create plans to grow business and assist in closing opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with senior client leaders to position Innominds as a strategic partner.
  • Internal Collaboration: Interact with senior management at clients and within Innominds to foster relationships and ensure alignment.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data in collaboration with Sales Operations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Proven track record in sales leadership within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop and articulate value propositions.
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities with senior client leaders.
Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry, particularly pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Familiarity with Innominds’ services and solutions, including Product Engineering, Data/AI, Application Development & Testing Services, Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions, and IT Consulting Services.
Other:
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
