Understanding requirements, analysing and planning for testing
Build or update system test cases that effectively test the implementation to ensure alignment with business need (and not just the requirement) as per Informatica’s standards
Maintain the RTM by ensuring the test cases are structured properly
Ensure high level of functional coverage
Identify and provide the test cases for automation
Execute test automation scripts and identify gaps if any
Identify defects and ensure that they are tracked to closure
Provide timely status updates and communicate risks effectively
Minimum of 3 years in the CRM domain and 2 years testing Salesforce solutions
Execute planned test cases as well as ad hoc testing to verify functional completeness of the implementation
Understand usability needs and best practices and test implementation accordingly
