Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, professional networks, and job boards.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
