Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
