Role Overview
Innominds is seeking a highly driven Demand Generation Manager / Senior Manager to lead pipeline growth across strategic services, solutions, and target accounts. This person will lead the Demand Gen team and work closely with Sales, Practice, Solutions, Delivery, ABM, and Marketing to drive campaigns that create measurable pipeline impact.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, campaign management expertise, reporting discipline, and the ability to translate field feedback into more effective market execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive qualified pipeline generation across priority accounts, offerings, and key markets aligned with business objectives.
- Execute integrated demand generation programs across channels and own follow-up, optimization, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with Sales, Practice, Solutions, Delivery, ABM, and Marketing teams to align programs to business priorities.
- Ensure Salesforce data hygiene, reporting accuracy, dashboard visibility, and data-driven funnel optimization.
- Leverage insights from campaigns and field teams to refine targeting, messaging, offers, and overall execution effectiveness.
Required Experience
- 12–16 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in technology, software, digital engineering, or IT services.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering pipeline through well-executed campaigns.
- Strong experience owning campaign execution, reporting, pipeline contribution, and stakeholder operating cadence.
- Good US market exposure and experience working with US sales teams and campaign motions.
